Based on starvation and shaming oneself for succumbing to the basic human cravings.
Indulge in specific foods — the Abs Diet Power 12.
Most diet plans are based fascism: always harbouring on what you can’t eat, instead of what you can, always harbouring on the negativity right off the bat, no this, no that, no bread, no sugar, and you end up hearing “no” more than a 3 year old in a shopping mall. Sure there are foods you should steer clear of like Tusshar Kapoor’s latest flick. But why harbour on them, when there are a plethora of food options that are available to us that are both healthy and great tasting.

No dessert for you!
I say have dessert every day!
Don’t we all carve for something sweets, from time to time? Our ancestors probably would seek out berries and fruits, so as to satisfy their sweet tooth and get all the vitamins and minerals at the same time. Humans have not changed as much as we like to think, and to go up against our basic instincts would most likely lead to one thing and one thing only — dietary failure.
So how can one indulges oneself without blowing a days’ worth of calories on the methaiwala’s sweets, containing more sugar than Shah Rukh Khan has swagger? Simple stick to healthier alternatives like smoothies, with a combination of as many super foods as possible, foods like peanut butter, oatmeal, milk and Whey protein, can be added. Whey protein comes in a lot of different flavours, which will help in satisfying your sweet tooth as well. Smoothies have an addition benefit as it takes up stomach space, this will help you avoid the highs and low you might experience when on a low Cal diet.
Practical implementation: Use smoothies as snacks or replacement meals.
