• Select the shoes with proper arc and flexible soul that support your feet.
• Start with a warm up of slow walking for around 10 minutes followed by brisk walking. End up with slow walking so as to let your muscle cool down.

• While walking keep your head straight forward, and your shoulders and neck relaxed.
• Bend your elbow and let your arms swing freely.
