Salads provide all the necessary minerals to the body and boost your immune system. It improves your digestion process and keeps you light.

Spring Salad
Salad filled with different coloured veggies and cream that can keep you tummy satisfied for a longer time.
Ingredients required making spring salad
- Broccoli chopped 1 and ½ cup
- Carrots shredded 1 cup
- Radishes diced ½ cup
- Bell pepper diced 1 and ½ cup
- Onions diced 50 grams
- Cream ½ cup
- Black pepper, salt and herbs like oregano and basil for taste
Steps to prepare
1. Take a medium size bowl. Mix chopped broccoli, diced radish, bell pepper, onions and shredded carrots in the bowl.
2. Add the cream for dressing and toss the veggies well to mix them properly.
3. Add salt black pepper, oregano and basil according to taste
4. Serve the salad when chilled.
A salad made with crunchy peanuts and cabbage that crisps your taste.
Ingredients required making crispy filler
- Cabbage finely chopped 200 gram
- One carrot chopped well
- Onions four in number, chopped well
- Yogurt with low fat 150 grams
- Radish sliced 30 gram
- Roasted peanuts without salt 1/3 cup
- Parsley chopped well 4 tablespoon
- Pepper
Steps to prepare
1. Take a bowl and mix cabbage onion and carrot in it.
2. Whisk the yogurt well and add pepper to it. Spread it well over to the cabbage mixture.
3. Top the salad with roasted peanuts, radish and parsley just before serving.
Salad made with sprouts rich in protein which one can take after workout.
Ingredients required making sprout salad.
- One carrot chopped in match stick size pieces
- One celery stalk chopped (not mandatory)
- One apple chopped
- One cup beans sprout
- Sprouts ¾ of cup
- Sunflower kernels ½ cup
Dressing ingredients
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Coriander finely chopped 1 tablespoon
- Sunflower oil 2 tablespoon
- Sesame oil ½ tablespoon
- Salt and pepper
- Ginger grated 1 tablespoon
Steps to prepare
1. In a mixing bowl put finely chopped carrot, celery stalk and apple. Add sunflower kernels to it and toss well.
2. For preparing the dressing of salad, whisk sunflower oil, sesame oil, and lemon juice.
3. Mix the dressing with salad. Sprinkle grated ginger and finely chopped coriander on it.
4. Add salt and pepper for taste. Your salad is ready to serve.
